I have been working mostly digital and have been having fun with it. The other day, I got it in me to try something new and I have been doing some small abstract watercolors. I am also going to be doing some small sculpey sculptures soon. I put in an order with dickblick.com and I am waiting on that. Art supplies are so much fun to buy, but I had gotten used to doing the computer art and had a little bit of a learning curve. I think I worked it out though. Abstracts are so much more fun for me to work on than the other stuff. I do enjoy realism and surrealism, but it is so much fun to just let loose and with abandon, make art. That's what its

I am done with school probably for at least ten years or more. I feel like I have enough experience to start working on my work full time and in a way that I will be able to make some good work. I have hopes of being able to sell some work now. I know the competition is fierce now, but I am going to keep on making art no matter what and hope that my determination will pay off. I am working on making an oracle deck and a comic on angels as well as my abstracts. This year is going to be busy for me. I dropped off a drawing to the city of philadelphia's city hall because I am a family member of someone who works for the city.. There is a first prize in several categories of 300$ I get asked to participate every year and decided to enter finally.. It was a pain getting the frame and getting it ready to hang, but it is there finally and at the last second.. So I am finally in some sort of gallery.. I am hoping it will go well. There is a reception on the 8th of december on the fifth floor.. I guess I will be there. Not much going on in the selling department as usual..
